Games win consoles, and PlayStation dominates. God of War Ragnarok, The Last of Us, Spider-Man, Bloodborne, Ghost of Tsushima, Horizon, a first-party lineup Xbox cannot touch. Xbox spent $76 billion buying Activision because it couldn't build studios that ship system-sellers. That's an admission of failure, not strength.
The market agrees. PS5 has outsold Xbox Series roughly 2-to-1, over 65 million units versus Microsoft no longer even reporting hardware numbers because they're embarrassing. Sony's God of War Ragnarok moved 15 million copies. Name Xbox's equivalent exclusive juggernaut. You can't, because they're putting their own "exclusives" on PlayStation now, Sea of Thieves, Hi-Fi Rush, conceding the platform war.
The DualSense's haptics and adaptive triggers are genuine hardware innovation. Xbox's controller is the same design from 2005. PlayStation delivers definitive versions, exclusive masterpieces, and the install base developers prioritize. Xbox is a subscription service cosplaying as a console.
